When the roof of the house I was selling needed to be shoveled before we closed (and many other homeowners likewise needed this assistance, so it was next to impossible to find people to do it), Sara was able to find someone on very short notice to do the job. It saved the closing.

During the stressful time of selling my home, Sara was in contact with me often, explaining each step of the process. She held numerous open houses and met workers who needed to complete work when it was difficult for me to be there. Sara even scheduled the closing in Hampton to make it more convenient for me.
